6" rubber core This is the original.This mattress will put you in a good mood. The classic 100% pure natural latex (rubber) mattress. 100% certified organic cotton batting, and 100% Pure Grow Wool . This is our most popular selling latex mattress. "Latex Mattresses", "Natural Rubber Mattresses" and "Natural Mattresses" all describe the same natural rubber core mattresses made from 100% natural and organic materials. Natural Rubber Mattresses are 100% derived from the sap of rubber trees. We use no synthetic blends. Most of the "Natural Rubber" marketed for mattresses is not natural at all. Our cores are covered with 100% certified organic cotton ticking and batting, along with Pure Grow Wool. Natural Rubber Mattresses are resistant to mold and mildew. Dust mites can not live in a natural rubber environment. Natural Rubber Mattresses are recyclable. With a Natural Rubber Mattress, there is almost no transference of motion from one side to another, resulting in a more restful sleep. The mattress is approximately 7.5 inches thick, and the wood foundation is about 7.5 inches thick as well.

This mattress available with dual firmnesses. Choose your firmness 31 ILD is considered Firm (best for Men under 185lbs.and women under 150 lbs) 35 ILD is considered Extra Firm (best for men over 185 lbs and women over 150 lbs) However, some people like really hard beds and are very light in weight. Unlike Spring Mattresses, with Natural White Latex Mattresses there is no noise or disturbance for the sleeping partner.

The Bactericidal properties present in Natural Latex Foam makes it very hygienic and keeps away insects and dust mites.

Vivetique's 30 Day Manufacturer Comfort Exchange Policy
If you decide that you have chosen the wrong firmness to a mattress, you can exchange the mattress for a different firmness. You are just responsible for the difference in price and the shipping charges (returned mattress and new mattress). Please ask your sales associate costs per shipping. If the new mattress is more than the original mattress, then you would need to pay for the difference in the price, in addition to the shipping costs for the new mattress and old mattress. If the new mattress is less than the original mattress, then you would just pay the shipping costs both ways. According to Federal Law of The United States, it is not resalable. The original mattress cannot be resold and must be returned and destroyed or used for fire testing. Heart shaped, and other extremely custom mattresses are not returnable.
We cannot refund the purchase price of your mattress (or set). After the comfort exchange period ends, we cannot warrant an incorrect choice of firmness. If you choose a mattress that is too hard, it can be resolved by the customer purchasing a mattress topper that we also sell. If there is a cancellation of the mattress after it is shipped, or refused at delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping both to and from the manufacturer, or the origin of the shipped mattress.
Full 10 Year Manufacturer Mattress Warranty
Our mattresses have been created by artisans dedicated to producing only the purest, finest quality sleep systems. The mattresses and box springs are covered by a manufacturer 10 Year Non-Prorated Warranty to the original purchaser.
The warranty covers all components and covers defects in materials and manufacturing. Should a failure occur in any of these components, including the springs, basic construction or cover, the manufacturer will gladly repair or replace your mattress and/or box spring at the manufacture's discretion. You will be asked only to cover the cost of shipping. This warranty is not transferable.
While the manufacturer strives to ensure your satisfaction, a few conditions beyond our control may invalidate the warranty:
The natural components of your mattress will respond to interactions with the human body. Gentle body impressions and subtle shifts in support characteristics are perfectly normal. They will in no way diminish the performance of your sleep system.
Your mattress and box springs are free from known defects, created under a pledge of providing superior construction and attention to detail.
Warranty
Invoice must be presented when claiming benefits from warranty. The warranty is not transferable and does not cover user's allergies. In normal use, slight body impressions and changes in the support and characteristics may appear. These changes are normal and do not indicate any type of structural failure.
Freight Damage:
If the freight arrives and the contents are visibly damaged, refuse the order and contact The Organic Mattress Store at I-484-851-3636 so we can get a replacement mattress made and sent out as soon as possible. If you accept the freight and sign off on the freight bill presented by the delivery person, you are considered to have accepted the product in good condition, and cannot request a replacement mattress if you see damage later. Any damage claims after acceptance of the shipment will not be honored because the freight companies will not take responsibility for product in a customer's home after it has been delivered, inspected, installed, and signed off by the customer which releases the freight company from any further liability .What we recommend is to write "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the receipt you sign for the package, so if you do notice damage to the product after the delivery people leave you can contact us and we will work with you and the shipper and manufacturer to get your product replaced.
