The Key West Organic Mattress has all of this going for it. The Organic Mattress Store staff know, because we built it from the ground up.Nothing feels like it.No one has this feel but us. We use the purest Wool from the island of Texel, off the coast of Holland. The OMS uses 100%Certified Organic MADE IN THE USA( South Carolina) Flannel ticking, with a new more lofty channell pattern, and a 6” center core of 100% NATURAL LATEX. This natural rubber looks and feels good, with no unpleasant odor. The uniform cell structure of the latex gives it the ultimate feel.We are very picky about our natural rubber in our mattresses.The OMS individually wraps each core of Natural Rubber in 100% certified organic cotton webbing so they are easier to move around when it comes time to flip them . We also think by not wrapping the cores they grind against each other and break down. We have eliminated the inconsistent latex manufacturers in the last 5 years, and ended up with the best products on the market. Available in#75ILD soft/medium or medium/firm #85ILD (Good for most people) or extra firm #95ILD (People who prefer a harder bed or have larger body proportions). For a plusher feel add on our3.5” thick Natural Bahia Honda Rubber 65ILD soft Pillow Top. For that traditional look, or just to be higher up off of the ground, add a solid wood Spruce slatted foundation.

The OMS designed this pillow top to feel just like Bahia Honda. Laid back, and a little bit of paradise. At a total of 3.5” thick, our Natural White Latex Pillow Top puts you into that plush place you always dreamed of.No one has this pillowtop but us. Besides our own Pure Wool, we add 100% Certified Organic Flannel ticking on both sides, where other pillowtops just have wool on the top side. On the top there is a newer more plush channell pattern, and inside we have a 2” center core of 65 ILD SOFT NATURAL WHITE LATEX. This pillowtop is custom made to our specs. This natural rubber looks and feels good, with no unpleasant odor. This 3.5” thick pillow top will give you that added lushness you can’t live without. The Coconut Grove organic mattress is Ultimate Bliss. This mattress is made to sink into without that grabby feeling. It is totally comfortable and supportive. With 2 levels of 100% Natural Latex, then surrounded by 100% organic Mateleese Brusells channell pattern ticking for extra loft.The cover is encased with a zipper. The OMS place's a 6 inch core of 100% Natural White Latex in either a med/firm 85ILD or extra firm 95ILD on the bottom 6 inches,( or half 85 and half 95) and a 2 inch core of soft 65ILD soft Natural White Latex on top of that, and zip it up inside our plush 100% certified organic Cotton/Pure wool cover. The Organic Mattress Store makes every effort to keep the highest quality standards in place when making our products. If you should discover a defect in your new product from The Organic Mattress Store, Inc. Private Label line, contact us immediately. If a defect that is covered by the warranty is discovered within the warranty period, The OMS will replace or repair (at our option) the defective item within a reasonable time frame. The Organic Mattress Store, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate this warranty when, upon inspection, the product is found to be in unsanitary condition, or when the product failure is due to cause other than defective workmanship or materials. The Organic Mattress Store, Inc. does not warrant that this product is suitable for any person’s medical or personal allergy conditions. The Organic Mattress Store, Inc. makes no warranty beyond what is contained here in writing. The Organic Mattress Store Inc.will repair or replace at its option the warranted items and reserves the right to replace the materials with equal value.
The Organic Mattress Stores 30 to 60 day comfort exchange
Between 30 and 60 days,if you decide that you have chosen the wrong firmness or think the mattress is too hard, you can exchange the mattress for a different firmness. You are just responsible for the difference in price and the shipping charges (returned mattress and new mattress). Please ask your OMS sales associate costs per shipping. If the new mattress is more than the original mattress, then you would need to pay for the difference in the price, in addition to the shipping costs for the new mattress and old mattress. If the new mattress is less than the original mattress, then you would just pay the shipping costs both ways.
The OMS cannot refund the purchase price of your mattress (or set). After the comfort exchange period ends after 60 days from the purchase date, the OMS cannot warrant an incorrect choice of firmness. If you choose a mattress that is too hard, it can be resolved by the customer purchasing a variety of mattress toppers that are available.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In Order for your warranty to be valid; you must be the original purchaser, and purchased your product from an authorized “The Organic Mattress Store, Inc” dealer.
Provide a copy of the original proof of purchase from the authorized “The Organic Mattress Store, Inc.” dealer. Provide the Law Label from your “The Organic Mattress Store, Inc.” product.

MATTRESSES excludes
Body impressions of 1.5 inches or less, this is normal in the breaking in period. For King, and Queen Mattresses sleep in the center of the bed to break the wools in evenly as the sides. Mattresses sold off of the floor as showroom models, or as is. Inappropriate handling of the innerspring mattress such as bending in the center.
FOUNDATIONS
Splits in the wood frame, Loose or broken pieces are covered. Be careful with moving foundations with all that weight on it. Use proper center support. . Sagging, your mattress must be continuously supported by a matching foundation and a sturdy center rail or center support, with an appropriate slatted frame.
OTHER ITEMS NOT COVERED
Stains, soiling, burns, or odors. The OMS cannot repair a mattress if it is returned in unsanitary condition. Protect your mattress with a wool, or cotton pillow top pad. Damage caused by moving, transportation costs, comfort preference, sheet fit, damage due to abuse, structural damage due to improper bed frame. Ripped handles,(handles are meant to assist in positioning the mattress on the foundation). stitching coming undone (this will not compromise the mattress), issues of firmness, excessive body weight, other possibilities not mentioned here on this warranty.

Caring for your Organic Mattress
You are now the proud owner of an organic mattress. As the years go by you will look back and be glad you invested in the finest product available. For the next 1/3 of your life you will have the piece of mind knowing as you sleep that you’re safe from the off gassing associated with conventional mattresses. The Wool, Cotton and Natural Rubber cores are the best materials we could find. We have said it once and we will say it again, our motto is to find the best ingredients available at the time and use them in our products. We do not compromise the quality ever.
Every 6 months flip your Bahia Honda pillow top. Do not use the handles, if any. You can keep the rubber core inside the cover and flip it, and turn it as is, or open up the zipper cover like a clamshell, take out the rubber core and simply flip and turn the rubber core inside. Make sure to put the core back inside the cover all squared up and then rezip the cover shut. As for the mattress which is much larger and bulkier we strongly advise to unzip the cover, and flip and rotate the rubber core inside the cover every 6 months. Just like the pillow top, make sure to put the core back inside the cover all squared up and then rezip the cover. Take your time to push the natural rubber core back inside your pillow top, or mattress evenly so that the zipper does not get caught up on the rubber core.
The Organic Mattress Store highly advises using a mattress protector. If there are issues with babies, pets, people, or just about anything that has to do with liquids ending up on top of the mattress, (eating breakfast in bed is back in style) then we recommend you purchase a wool mattress protector. For issues that don’t concern liquids, then we recommend using a cotton mattress protector. If liquids spill on the bed immediately take off the sheet, and take off the mattress protector and take it over to the sink, and spot clean it around the spot stained with a vinegar and water mixture. Let it air dry then replace it back over the pillow top, or mattress. It makes no sense to have to launder the entire mattress pad just for one spot. When laundering your mattress pads, use the easy cycle and air fluff, or hang to dry. Since these are organic materials, you cannot throw these covers in the washer and dryer on hot or they might shrink. They are made a little big to allow for shrinkage, but with the different variety of wools and cottons used its best to go easy on the materials. Use only Natural cleaning materials when washing any organic products. We recommend natural laundry detergents which are available locally, thru independent dealers, or most Health food stores and larger supermarkets
The Organic Mattress Store makes most of there mattress and pillowtop covers with zippers. The OMS does this so that you can easily have the cover professionally cleaned if you have to. With protection like a wool mattress protector over the pillow top, or mattress, you reduce your chances of having to clean the cover significantly.

The term of duration of this limited warranty shall not be exceeded by any applicable implied warranties.
