NIU (THE NATURES NEST)

Green Sleep has created this incredible new pocket coil model. There is truly a ton of innovation that went into making the Niu. Starting with the simplicity of the Green Sleep concept, everything is 100% natural. Organic cotton, wool, natural rubber, coconut coir and linen. No synthetics, chemical flame retardants or other risky ingredients. The pocket spring system is split on queen and king sized beds to provide correct alignment for each sleeping partner. Normally a coil mattress has one spring unit across the complete bed, which means support might be compromised. By splitting the spring system into two pieces, we provide separate sleeping surfaces inside of one mattress.

Each spring unit has two sides. One side is covered in coconut coir, which provides a firmer more buoyant feel. The other side skips the coconut in favour of just a bit of sheep's wool, which allows for far more cradling and body conformance. The entire mattress zippers apart to allow for you to change the type of comfort easily at home.

North Malaysia 600 is Green Sleep's own exclusive proprietary process. Green Sleep's Natural Rubber cores are derived from their very own tree farm. These trees have been bud grafted to create the North Malaysia 600 seed which in turn produces the purest most elastic rubber on the planet. No latex or synthetic fillers are added to core production.

Green Sleep employs a fabulous cotton velour ticking to finish off the mattress. The cotton is hand picked, and certified organic. This cover is then lined with layers of certified pH neutral Texel wool (the only wool anywhere in the world to achieve this certification) and silk, to create a fully breathable mattress capable of wicking away moisture and providing temperature regulated sleep.

This mattress does not use any synthetics, glues, dyes, oils or chemical flame retardants of any kind.

With this mattress you will have the perfect sleep. Because the Greensleep mattress is ergonomic, it allows the body to complete the 5 sleeping zones, including Deep Sleep, the most healing zone, therefore maximizing cell-regeneration and health.

The Saluna mattress is made using the finest technology in pocket coils. Using their own machines, Greensleep has created a pocket coil system. The coils are completely wrapped in organic cotton fabric, which is certified organic to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). There are no other pocketed coil systems as comfortable as this that we know of at this time. Adding the foundation will complete the ergonomic package. If the mattress is purchased alone it must be placed on a slat foundation of your choosing to have a ventilated surface. Latex is a living matter and must breathe in order to last a long time. This shows the step forward Greensleep has taken with supreme quality. This mattress has unrivaled comfort. The independent coil system is medium-firm and provides excellent support, while contouring your body and reducing movement with two sleepers on the mattress. This mattress is non-reversible and has a nice soft natural rubber pillow top to remove pressure points along the body. Protect your mattress with an organic wool or cotton mattress protector, also certified organic to the GOTS standard.

TEXEL NATURAL WOOL— YEAR-ROUND MOISTURE CONTROL

All the wool used in Green Sleep products comes from Texel Island off the coast of Holland, where extreme environmental conditions produce a thicker strain of wool that offers superior durability, insulation and moisture control. Plus, the humidity regulating characteristics of Texel wool create coolness in summer and warmth during winter.

Texel fleeces are washed in hot water and vegetable-based soaps (no detergents, chemicals, or chlorine bleach) so that the resulting wool contains no processing residues and retains 4% to 6% lanolin, which is a natural dust-mite repellent.

Green Sleep’s Natural Rubber cores are derived from our very own tree farm. These trees have been bud grafted to create the North Malaysia 600 which, in turn, produces the purest, most elastic rubber on the planet; no synthetic fillers are added to core production.

Our natural rubber mattress cores start as liquid latex — the sap or "milk" of Hevea brasiliensis, the common rubber tree — harvested by independent farmers in North Malaysia. The natural rubber manufactured from this unique substance breathes easily and wicks moisture away. As a result, it never feels damp or too warm to the touch.

Green Sleep natural rubber also contours the body and retains firmness to provide even support over the long-term, superior durability and elasticity for mattress longevity, and enhanced air circulation for protection against mould and mildew.

Our natural rubber is manufactured using the sap from the hevea brasiliensis tree (commonly known as a rubber tree), and comes from Malaysia. Grown on plantations in South East Asia, rubber is a natural product, and comes from a renewable resource and manufactured without any toxic substances or ozone depleting agents. Since rubber plantations also help combat the greenhouse effect, you can assist in the renewal of our fragile environment by choosing natural rubber for your bedroom furnishings. Less flammable than polyurethane, natural rubber is also naturally antibacterial, non-allergenic, extremely durable and phenomenally comfortable. Since it is completely dust and mold free, products that have natural rubber in them are an excellent choice for asthma sufferers.

Doctor’s note from an M.D. or D.C. is not required for this model because it contains our Texel Wool Wrap, which naturally provides a fire barrier to pass Federal standards.

We cannot refund the purchase price of your mattress( or set). According to Federal law of The United States,it is not resalable. It will be destroyed and used for fire testing. If you choose a mattress that is too hard, it can be resolved by the customer purchasing a mattress topper that we also sell.If there is a cancellation of the mattress after it is shipped, or refused at delivery, it is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping both to and from the manufacturer, or the origin of the shipped mattress

Freight Damage:

If the freight arrives and the contents are visibly damaged, refuse the order and contact The Organic Mattress Store at 1-484-851-3636 so we can get a replacement mattress made and sent out as soon as possible. If you accept the freight and sign off on the freight bill presented by the delivery person, you are considered to have accepted the product in good condition, and cannot request a replacement mattress if you see damage later. Any damage claims after acceptance of the shipment will not be honored because the freight companies will not take responsibility for product in a customer's home after it has been delivered, inspected, installed, and signed off by the customer which releases the freight company from any further liability .What we recommend is to write "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the receipt you sign for the packages, so if you do notice damage to the product after the delivery people leave you can contact us and we will work with you and the shipper and manufacturer to get your product replaced.
