On September 1st, 2011, we entered into our 8th year in business selling the finest mattresses in the country. Our motto has always been to find and sell products that contain organic fabrics. Keep your life simple and the ingredients in your mattress as well.

We have also created a system that is awarding franchises in select states! Thanks to our past customers and quality vendors, we can now say we are ready to roll out this green bedding movement slowly but surely. We are now actively pursuing and ready to award prime locations to qualified partners. We are especially looking for franchisees in Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington, DC, Florida, and Pennsylvania.

Maybe you have noticed and wondered about the words East Coast in our name. We are still the same company you have known as The Organic Mattress Store in the last seven years, but franchising requires us to add a regional identifier. We still sell locally and nationwide, and will continue to do so.

As in the past, we still encourage our customers to come in and lie down on the finest selection of mattresses to be found anywhere in the country. Come check out the variety of nature’s finest ingredients we use in our products. If you cannot come to us, we will ship anywhere! We have asked our manufacturers to make their finest mattresses for us, containing organic wool and cotton fabrics. We always have and always will ask for the purest products available. And as a result, we have assembled a line of products that will continue to give you Peace of Mind throughout all the years to come. We sell the Dunlop method. The milk of the Hevea Brasiliensis tree is dust mite resistant. After it is harvested, air, soda ash, and zinc and natural soap are whipped into the milk that makes the cores, and poured into a mold with hollow pins and baked. It then goes thru a thorough washing to remove all the proteins that could possibly cause an allergic reaction. Sears sold an all natural dunlop bed 55 years ago called The Harvest House bed , and many are still in homes today.

The wools that go into the batting material are the finest in the world and are blends of organic wools and chemical free wools. These wools meet all the federal standards for flame retardants. Wool also keeps you cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Our wools come from a supplier that has the best credentials in the industry.
